From reading one review I’m not sure a sound sleep will result when using this pillow. One purchaser states upon first using the pillow:

“I listened to Stevie Wonder and ended up listening to my entire collection of Motown anthologies. I didn’t get much sleep that night.”

I think that would be me as well. I never can fall asleep to that kind of music. I would bet it would work much better if you were listening to Gustav Mahler. His symphonies tend to lull me to restful sleep with or without a pillow.
